Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the KeenSafe platform, website and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these terms, applicable law and your agreement with KeenSafe. You must not attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity or availability of the Services.

2. Authorization for security testing

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper scope, authorization and rules of engagement for any security validation activity performed via the Services. KeenSafe enforces production-aware safety controls but the customer remains responsible for the lawfulness of testing within its environment.

3. Intellectual property

KeenSafe retains all rights, title and interest in the Services. Customer retains rights to its data. Findings produced from customer environments are licensed back to the customer.

4. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information of similar nature.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your customer agreement with KeenSafe.
